The company "OEMKINVEST Ltd" offers following services: • brokerage service; • trusteeship management of assets; • depositary service; • appraisal consulting; • financial consulting. The "OEMKINVEST Ltd" has obtained licenses for all kinds of activity which the legislation has the right to combine: • The license of the professional participant of securities market for dealing service ¹ 031-06460-010000, granted by the Federal securities market commission of the Russian Federation of 03.10.2003, without restriction of period of validity; • The license of the professional participant of securities market for brokerage service ¹ 031-06455-100000, granted by the Federal securities market commission of the Russian Federation of 03.10.2003, without restriction of period of validity; • The license of the professional participant of securities market for securities management ¹ 031-06466-001000, granted by the Federal securities market commission of the Russian Federation of 03.10.2003, without restriction of period of validity; • The license of the professional participant of securities market for depositary service ¹ 131-08481-000100, granted by Federal financial markets service of 24.05.2005, without restriction of period of validity; The "OEMKINVEST Ltd" is a member of following organizations: • Funds section of Moscow interbank currency exchange (“MICEX”); • Sankt-Petersburg stock exchange (“SPBEX”); • National association of the stock market participants (“NAUFOR”); • Noncommercial partnership “Russian appraisers’ society”. The company’s turnover of deals with securities on the Russian market at 2006 year-end amounted to RUR 118 314 million. According to NAUFOR records (National association of stock market participants) (see NAUFOR rating on www.naufor.ru) the "OEMKINVEST Ltd" is included in Reliability Group, (satisfactory reliability). Following results of the 3rd quarter 2006 the Company enters into the list of 50 best investment companies of Russia. In ranking of the investment companies of Russia, prepared by “National Rating Agency” following the results of the 3rd quarter 2006 the Company takes the 32nd place by aggregate turnover, the 23rd – by income, the 17th – by size of assets. The Company is a steadfast participant of the contest “The stock market elite”. In 2004 the “OEMKINVEST Ltd” thrashed in the category “A company of the shares’ market”, in 2005 – “A company of the year’s discovery”, in 2006 – “A company of services for individual investors”, in 2010 – “À company of the south of Russia”. |
